Lyle Anderson

Lyle was a founding partner of a Houston venture capital group and served as consolidation coordinator with Notre Capital Partners, a Houston based industry consolidation firm that created in excess of $3 billion in corporate value.

Lyle began his career in the commercial banking credit analysis area and analyzed over 250 commercial credits exceeding $100 million by age 26.

Lyle has over 25 years of experience in corporate strategic management and execution, financial and cashflow analysis, due diligence, business valuations, and debt/equity investments. He has performed due diligence, business performance analysis, business plan feasibility assessment, multi-faceted financial analysis, pre-public market and stand alone valuation opinions and other financial reviews on over 500 different businesses in a wide variety of industries, companies and circumstances.

Mr. Anderson serves on the Steering Committee of the Israel World Heritage Commission and was responsible for preparing the management plan for one of Israel's historic nominations, “Sites of Christianity in the Galilee” as a UNESCO World Heritage Region.

Mr. Anderson earned a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and was invited to enter the PhD program in economics by TAMU's distinguished professor of economics. Mr. Anderson also earned the Certified Financial Planner designation.
