Sam Khoury
The founder of the firm, Sam Khoury, has spent the last 20 years turning companies around.
Sam was the lead investor in 5 acquisitions, and has been the “go-to man” for several private equity firms when one or more of their portfolio businesses develop problems. As CEO, he has successfully turned around, grown, and recreated value in 15 companies in industries as diverse as branded consumer products, building products, industrial electronics, mail order, newsletter publishing, health care products, enterprise software, e-commerce, medical and technical training, affinity marketing, and computer hardware and software.
Prior to RSK Enterprises, Sam spent several years working for Fortune 500 companies. He began his career in financial management with NBC, before moving into financial and strategic planning with Avery Label Company and ultimately into healthcare in financial and general management positions with Omnicare, Inc.
Sam is an occasional public speaker and enjoys coaching executives. He has developed and delivered day-long workshops for CEOs on the “Art & Science of Running a Business”, and on issues that companies face during the various phases of their life cycle.
Sam has a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from the University Of Southern California (USC), a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and is a non-active member of the California Bar.

With 20+ years of experience, Bob began his career with Price Waterhouse. Bob has been involved in turnarounds with annual revenues ranging from zero to $450 million. Bob is a graduate from the University of Southern California.

Over a career spanning 38 years, Jim has assisted more than 100 under-performing companies and companies in turnaround situations in a wide variety of industries. Jim had acquired, improved and sold a dozen operating companies in the automotive, packaging, industrial service and technology industries.
Lyle Anderson
Lyle has over 25 years of experience and has performed due diligence, business performance analysis, business plan feasibility assessment, multi-faceted financial analysis, pre-public market and stand alone valuation opinions and other financial reviews on over 500 different businesses in a wide variety of industries, companies and circumstances.
Steve Carnevale
Steve has worked for 15+ years in venture capital and private equity investing, working in critical areas of strategy development and governance for emerging companies.
